Love how knowledgeable and helpful Logan was. He took the time to answer all our questions and was very helpful and nice to deal with. Trent and Will from Mr.Sparky arrived on time and explained what the job entailed. They immediately started on the job and during the process Trent explained to me what he was doing step by step because I wanted to learn all I could. I was very impressed with Trent and Will by the way they performed their jobs. I highly recommend these two guys for whatever your needs are. We had an electrical issue that was above our level of expertise to fix. Zach M was sent out and had the issue quickly fixed. He was friendly and professional. He got right to fixing it and had the issue resolved in a half hour. We got a text when he was in his way and he was on time. Awesome experience all around. Great company with great employees.
We called Mister Sparky on Saturday of the 4th of July weekend. Matt was at our house within 2 hours (We live over an hour from their office). He had a very positive and professional attitude. He quickly found the source of the problem and fixed it. We are very happy with the service we received and would definitely call again.
