The job was done great and they kept me informed of everything that they were doing. It was done faster than expected. They listened to my concerns and answered all of them promptly. They found things that if left unattended could have led to a potential fire.
I was very satisfied with the Mister Sparky. Beginning with the emails/texts before the site visit. Then, the notifications on the same day and a phone call prior to the tech coming out. Then, when Logan the tech arrived and assessed the situation, provided a very reasonable price and did his work, it was a great experience and I recommend them to anyone. Future electrical work at our residence will go through them.
They were great. Chris walked me through his process and explained why he had to do things a certain way. He was very courteous and did his best to keep the drywall mess to a minimum. He installed four new switches for us so we could finally have ceiling fans in our home. So far we are pleased with Mr. sparky. They offer a convenient financing option as well.
My bathroom light wouldn't shut off. I needed the switch and the outlet replaced. Jason H. was very pleasant and explained everything in detail as to what needed done. Very pleased with the job done. Would recommend Mister Sparky/Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to everyone who needs a job done.
Trent and Will from Mr.Sparky arrived on time and explained what the job entailed. They immediately started on the job and during the process Trent explained to me what he was doing step by step because I wanted to learn all I could. I was very impressed with Trent and Will by the way they performed their jobs. I highly recommend these two guys for whatever your needs are.
