The job was done great and they kept me informed of everything that they were doing. It was done faster than expected. They listened to my concerns and answered all of them promptly. They found things that if left unattended could have led to a potential fire.
Had Mr.Sparky’s technician Zack out for routine inspection. We needed new fire alarms and he was able to install them all same day quickly. There was some additional upgrades not required but recommended that were out of budget, having just had the AC unit repaired, so may get at time of the next inspection.
I was very satisfied with the Mister Sparky. Beginning with the emails/texts before the site visit. Then, the notifications on the same day and a phone call prior to the tech coming out. Then, when Logan the tech arrived and assessed the situation, provided a very reasonable price and did his work, it was a great experience and I recommend them to anyone. Future electrical work at our residence will go through them.
They were great. Chris walked me through his process and explained why he had to do things a certain way. He was very courteous and did his best to keep the drywall mess to a minimum. He installed four new switches for us so we could finally have ceiling fans in our home. So far we are pleased with Mr. sparky. They offer a convenient financing option as well.
