We contacted Mister Sparky for recessed lighting with a dimmer switch in our kitchen and a GFCI outlet installation in the garage. Nick, the technician, called ahead before arriving and introduced himself and his trainee associate, Nate, upon arrival. From the start, both Nick and Nate demonstrated outstanding professionalism. Nick clearly understood our requests and explained the services they could provide to meet our needs. After reviewing the scope of work and pricing with us, they completed the job the same day. They were thorough, efficient, and made sure we were fully satisfied before wrapping up. They also informed us of a one-month warranty on the work performed. From consultation to completion, the experience was seamless. If you’re looking for skilled, professional service at a fair price, we highly recommend Nick and Nate.

We own and manage several rental properties, and it can be difficult finding reliable contractors. We recently had an electrical problem at one of our rental houses, and we contacted Mister Sparky for an estimate. The lady at the home office, Candy, was very helpful and friendly, and she coordinated with the tenants to schedule the visit. The technician, Webb, showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, and explained the problem, proposed a solution, gave us a very fair estimate, and promptly got the job done. Fast, professional, and inexpensive. We are pleased, the tenants are pleased, and we will be exclusively using Mister Sparky again for our future electrical needs!
