We contacted Mister Sparky for recessed lighting with a dimmer switch in our kitchen and a GFCI outlet installation in the garage. Nick, the technician, called ahead before arriving and introduced himself and his trainee associate, Nate, upon arrival. From the start, both Nick and Nate demonstrated outstanding professionalism. Nick clearly understood our requests and explained the services they could provide to meet our needs. After reviewing the scope of work and pricing with us, they completed the job the same day. They were thorough, efficient, and made sure we were fully satisfied before wrapping up. They also informed us of a one-month warranty on the work performed. James was super friendly and knowledgeable. He shot us straight and worked independently and quickly. The final product works great and looks really good. As for Mr Sparky, the price and schedule were much lower and faster, respectively than all of the other electricians we contacted. Plus Candy was super friendly and helpful. Finally, the contact tactics were very thoughtful. Every time James was on his way, we were given a window the day(s) ahead, plus a call or text when he was on his way, and a text when he arrived.

Not sure if first review posted. So, again. GFI issue quickly diagnosed and repaired. James did a great job, and explained everything. Did a complete inspection, and gave military discount without being asked. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Plan to use Mr. Sparky again.

Can’t say enough good things about this company! A tree fell on our home 14 months ago and caused significant damage. Nick with Mr Sparky was the first person we called to assess the damage. Our general contractor, Bret Slaton, demanded we use one of his subs for the electrical work but then quit on us 2 weeks prior to moving in. We immediately called Nick back and he spent 4 days at our home repairing work from previous electrician and getting the home ready for final inspection. He is the best and we are so grateful for his honesty and transparency!
