Elisa is the Chief Executive offcer for Mister Sparky  of  Little Rock and Hot Springs, bringing over 34 years of experience in the electrical industry.  Known for wearing many hats, Elisa began her journey in 1991 when she and her husband Dennis launched their own electrical contracting business, Conrade Electric Co., Inc., out of their home.  At the time, Elisa was still teaching kindergarten by day and managing the company's books by night.

By 1997, the business had grown to a point where Elisa joined full-time, helping to scale the company into a $5 million commercial electrical contracting business by 2008.  In 2008,  they were introduced the residential service side of the industry - - a model they recognized as the future.  Though vastly different from commercial contracting, they committed to the shift and spent the next few years building a service-focused company.  

In 2012, Elisa and Dennis acquired the Mister Sparky Electric franchise for Little Rock and surrounding area, fully transitioning into residential electrical service and repair by 2017.  The road has had it's challenges, but Elisa takes pride in the legacy she and Dennis are creating for their children and grandchildren.  They have recently expanded their territory to include Hot Springs and all areas between Little Rock and Hot Springs.

With a servant's heart and a commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service, Elisa leads with vision, grit, and care.  While she's always working, her true joy is being there for her grandchildren--whether it's getting them to their lessons and practices or cheering them on at games and competitions.

With over 40 years of experience in the electrical trade, Dennis is a seasoned Master Electrician who excels at designing the best solutions for his customers' electrical needs. As a second-generation electrician, you could say that working with electricity is in his blood.

When he's not on the job, Dennis enjoys spending quality time with his grandkids on the lake, as well as indulging in his favorite pastimes of hunting, fishing, and playing golf. His dedication to his craft and love for his family make him a valued member of the Mister Sparky Electric team.

Erica is a versatile member of the Mister Sparky Electric team, where she wears many hats, including handling client care needs with a smile. As the Chief Financial Officier, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes with invoicing and accounting

Outside of work, Erica enjoys riding horses, spending time with her family, chasing her chickens around, and baking homemade bread. Her warm personality and dedication make her a valuable asset to both the team and the clients she serves.

Erin Elise is the Relationship Manager at Mister Sparky Electric, where she plays a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly for both customers and team members. With years of experience, she also oversees the company's training program, fostering the development of her team. Erin's journey began in marketing at Mister Sparky, and she later earned a Master’s Degree in Teaching, leading to a rewarding career as a 2nd-grade teacher.

Outside of work, Erin's world revolves around her daughter, Caroline, whom she supports in all her practices and performances. She has a love for the outdoors, enjoys road trips in her Jeep, Iris, and channels her creativity through various art forms. An avid reader with a wide-ranging taste in music, Erin also finds joy in stargazing and indulging in her favorite food, sushi. Her motivation at work comes from helping others grow, and her commitment to both her family and her job makes her an invaluable asset to the Mister Sparky Electric team.

Tristen Rucker is the Operations Manager at Mister Sparky Electric, bringing two years of experience and a strong commitment to customer service and team collaboration. Known for her problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Tristen is an invaluable part of the team, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, Tristen enjoys reading and cherishes time spent with her husband, Drew, and their son, Grant and expecting Sweet Abby in the Fall of 2025.  At home, she’s surrounded by her pets: two cats, Juno and Joey, and two dogs, Teddy and Colter.

What drives Tristen at work is her desire to assist both her coworkers and customers, always striving to help those in need. She finds great satisfaction in knowing that her efforts make a difference, and she values the opportunity to be a supportive presence within the team.

Tristen’s passion for helping others and her dedication to her role make her a key player at Mister Sparky Electric, where she continues to contribute to the company’s success.

Scottie Foshee is a highly experienced Residential Master Electrician with 12 years in his current role at Mister Sparky Electric. With over 30 years in the construction industry, Scottie has a deep well of knowledge and expertise that he brings to every project.

Scottie’s educational background is robust, including an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration. He also holds a Green Builder Certification, an EPA Type 1-3 Certification, and completed his training at Russellville Apprenticeship School. These credentials, combined with his Residential Remodeling License, make Scottie a versatile and skilled professional in his field.

Outside of work, Scottie is deeply involved in his church and cherishes spending time with his family. He’s also passionate about hunting and fishing, enjoying the tranquility and challenge of the great outdoors.

Scottie’s extensive experience and dedication to his craft have made him a valuable member of the Mister Sparky Electric team. He’s committed to delivering the highest quality of service and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of every homeowner he works with.

Rodney Cossey is a seasoned Journeyman Electrician at Mister Sparky Electric, with four years in his current role and a remarkable 27 years of prior electrical experience. Rodney’s extensive background spans commercial, industrial, and residential electrical work, making him a versatile and knowledgeable asset to our team.

Rodney’s journey in the electrical field began after earning his high school diploma and serving in the United States Air Force. He further honed his skills at the Associated Builders & Contractors Trade School, where he developed a strong foundation in the trade.

Outside of work, Rodney enjoys a variety of activities that keep him grounded and connected to what matters most. He’s an avid golfer and a fan of dirt track racing, but what he cherishes most is spending time with his wife, family, and church community. Rodney also enjoys yard work, finding satisfaction in maintaining his home environment.

When it comes to food, Rodney has a taste for steak and shrimp, and his favorite entertainment includes watching FloSports and reading the Bible. He’s a fan of Southern Gospel music, particularly groups like Greater Vision. At home, Rodney enjoys the company of his two cats, Punkin and Minnie.

Rodney is motivated at work by the desire to provide for his family, and he finds joy in meeting different people and helping them with their electrical needs. The only challenge he faces is dealing with extreme weather conditions, but his passion for the job and dedication to his work keep him going.

Rodney is proud to be part of the Mister Sparky Electric team, where he continues to apply his skills and experience to deliver exceptional service. He looks forward to meeting more people and making a positive impact in their lives.

With 18 years of experience as an Electrician, Sam Engle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Mister Sparky Electric. Before joining the team, Sam owned his own electrical business in Pennsylvania and worked in maintenance at a window factory. He holds a two-year degree from Triangle Tech in electrical studies, which has equipped him with a solid foundation in all aspects of electrical work and carpentry.

Outside of his professional life, Sam enjoys woodworking and hunting, with a particular passion for creating projects in his workshop. He's a fan of lasagna, loves watching Star Trek, and enjoys reading anything by Stephen King. His musical tastes lean towards 80’s rock.

At home, Sam is surrounded by his four teacup Yorkies: Grace, Jasmine, Shelby, and Macy. What motivates Sam at work is his drive to be a top performer in both sales and service, and he finds great satisfaction in helping customers. While paperwork is his least favorite part of the job, Sam's dedication and commitment to excellence shine through in everything he does.

Charlie is a retired Master Plumber who brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the Mister Sparky Electric team. As our Warehouse Manager, Charlie ensures that our electricians have everything they need to keep their trucks fully stocked and ready for every job. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to efficiency make him an invaluable asset to our operations.

Charlie is truly the rock here at Mister Sparky. His reliability and work ethic are second to none, and his friendly demeanor makes him a beloved member of our team.

When he's not working, Charlie enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. His passion for both his work and personal life reflects the values we uphold at Mister Sparky Electric.

Jennifer Gaines is a valued member of  the Mister Sparky Electric team, stepping into her role as a Lead Customer Care Representative with a broad background in various fields. Jennifer’s prior experience includes roles as an HR Operations Coordinator, Team Lead, Office Administrator, and Air Transportation Specialist in the USAF.

Her expertise in human resources and customer service equips her well to manage customer interactions and support. Jennifer is deeply motivated by her desire to help others, which she finds to be the most rewarding aspect of her job.

Outside of work, Jennifer treasures spending time with her family. Her children who still live at home, William and Kylee, keep her busy. She delights in seeing her grandson, Grant, every day, as well as her adult son, Drew, and his wife, Tristen. Her dog, Abby, is also a cherished companion.

Jennifer’s commitment to assisting others and her positive attitude make her a valued member of the Mister Sparky Electric team, where she continues to contribute to creating a supportive and efficient customer experience.

Ayden joined the Mister Sparky Electric team in October of 2024.  He is looking forward to a rewarding career as an electrician.

Luke is a new apprentice electrician on our team and already brings valuable skills to the table as a Generac Certified Generator Service Technician.  Eager to grow in the electrical trade, Luke is committed to learning from the best while delivering dependable service to our generator customers.  Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends
