Both kept me updated on what they found and showed me what they found that was causing the issue. "Today I met the Sparky, Roberto, Cantu. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed two flood lights to be replaced, one in the front and one in the back. Previously, I wanted both of them to be in the back, but for some reason one of the floodlights in the back, it wasn't there anymore after the eleven years. So now it is a one in the front and one in the back replacement. In all with trees everywhere in rural Hawthorne, it worked out. Roberto, checked the equipment from the box for replacement. He checked my connections, and checked the electric switches, then did the replacement. Everything worked out wonderfully. I appreciate Roberto's personality. He's very people oriented.
