"I had the pleasure of meeting the sparky, Randall Wells this morning to replace existing ceiling fans with new ones I purchased. He first did a preliminary safety check of the electrical system and status of my house. I didn't expect that, and it was reassuring of his knowledge. He advised me along the way of what was going on with each phase of this assessment with more to follow later. This was very thorough, I will say. He proceeded to replace my old ceiling fans with the new ones. Once he got to the 3rd fan, straight from the box there was a problem. Wires were not as they should have been. He advised, in all honesty he would not use this fan and suggested to return it. I agreed. He cleaned up. We went over plans for a return trip to upgrade some things and give me time to get another fan. I was well pleased with Randall's knowledge, personality, and wit. He's easy going, a people person, honest and straight forward and gets the job done. Ms. Jones"

"My experience with this company was great. Customer service of the office staff made me feel valued, and under extenuating circumstances, they got a tech out very quickly and after business hours. Tyler Cox was the technician on the job and was amazing! he was very skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. I felt like a valued customer and person. He took his time discussing the issue with me, and teaching me, and taking records. He had a heart for the customer and to do his job well and it showed!"

"Mike came quickly to work on fixing our near emergency electric issue. He worked efficiently. His communication skills are absolutely excellent. He is very courteous and friendly. The office staff understood our issue and dispatched Mike to our home very quickly. Overall, our experience with Mr Sparky could not have been better. We recommend this company without hesitation.
