I had a handy man here to fix my outlet he said thar he couldn't figure it out and told me to call mister sparky. Jacob did an excellent job installing two ceiling fans, light fixtures, and wall outlets. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly. Tyler Cox came out to our project to correct another electricians miscommunication on what needed to be done. Great service from the time that I called. They were very honest about their availability and what the process was going to look like. Their communication was on point and they kept me updated throughout the process with text about arrival time, etc. The technician also personally called when he was on his way to give us his estimate. Tyler cox Was so polite and friendly. He was very diligent in diagnosing the problem and inspecting all of the wiring in our backyard. He waited for me to be home to go over the estimate in person and ensure that it was clear. He seemed very knowledgeable but also humble. He really seems to love his job. He explained everything super well and was very professional.
