Scheduling with Mister Sparky was confusing and frustrating and caused appointments to be switched. However once Timmy came out when he reviewed our entire project his explanations made a lot of sense. Even though the project was on the expensive side our research indicated it was not out of line. We signed up, paid a deposit and scheduled for the next day, Mike came out with all the parts and equipment needed to do the job and spent an entire day drilling and installing the new electric box. Our project turned into a two day event and when Mike returned again with all parts needed he finished wiring our new shed including installing the new A/C. Both Timmy and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and truly an asset to Mister Sparky!

I had a handy man here to fix my outlet he said thar he couldn't figure it out and told me to call mister sparky. Mike manning and Justin Wesley came out and gave me 3 quotes and made sure my panel box was in good shape. They got my outlet fix with no issues I will recommend them to my family and friends

Tyler was amazing. This was my first time using Mister Sparky, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I scheduled my appointment online and was a little concerned because I didn't receive an immediate confirmation that my appointment had been accepted. However, the day before my appointment I received a text reminder, and on the day of service, Tyler personally called to let me know he was on his way and gave me his estimated arrival time. Tyler arrived right on time, was professional, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. Before performing any work, he showed me the issues that needed to be addressed, explained why they were important, and reviewed the expected pricing so there were no surprises. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. Once I approved the work, Tyler got started immediately and quickly resolved all of the electrical issues. I will absolutely be using Mister Sparky again, and I will definitely be requesting Tyler as my technician.

Jacob did an excellent job installing two ceiling fans, light fixtures, and wall outlets. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The work was completed efficiently, and everything looks great. I highly recommend Jacob and Mister Sparky for any electrical needs!

Tyler Cox came out to our project to correct another electricians miscommunication on what needed to be done. Let me tell you, he called 45 minutes in advance and was very communicative on what needed to be done based on my information. Everything was done in less than an hour! This guy is my forever electrician moving forward hands down!!
