We had an electrical issue at the house this week and sought the services of Mister Sparky. They sent Timothy Tarby to us. He was prompt and extremely courteous. Very efficiently he worked through the diagnostics of the issue and completed the job in just a few minutes. All the while, Timothy was very good at explaining the issues and why he was fixing them the way he did. I appreciate his knowledge and candor. He truly is an asset to the Mister Sparky company. Great job and thank you again for a job well done.
Tyler Cox & Nate were absolutely amazing, so personable and honest. Not once did I feel like they were taking advantage, they were prompt, reliable & very respectful. Will 100% hire them again for any electrical needs and would HIGHLY recommend.
We have used Mr. Sparky on several different occasions. We had new breakers and wiring installed in our control box and we had to redo the wiring to the outside of the house for the main power to the house. It was done very professionally. The communication of the technicians with the homeowner left nothing in doubt or to be questioned. My wife and I would like to personally thank Tyler, Nate, and Anne For their professional courteous service. Timmy was great to work with! He was able to come out quickly and fix the issue I was having with my breaker without any problems. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain and demonstrate what was causing the issue, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend his services and will absolutely contact Mister Sparky for any future issues I have!
