I had a fantastic experience with Tyler Cox from Mister Sparky of Gainesville. He came out to fix some outlets in my home and did an amazing job. He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue.As a bonus, he was absolutely wonderful with my dog, which made the whole service stress-free. Tyler was efficient, respectful of my home, and left the workspace spotless. If you need any electrical work done, definitely ask for Tyler!

I have used mister sparky Twice. Last time was 08/26/2026 for removing malfunctioning and burn EV outlet along with breaker. Mr. Tyler Cox Was a Great technician, professional, quick, provide me with a very accurate information, go through the estimate and the works flow. Tyler Cox and his apprentice were absolutely outstanding. They worked until an hour after dark making sure the job was done and it was ready for us to use the next day. Tyler was efficient and hard working. He was helpful and especially adept at keeping me, the customer, informed and in the loop regarding the job at hand. My wife and I were very pleased with the manner in which these young men represented the company they work for. Based on my interaction with these gentleman I would not hesitate to use Mister Sparky again.

Scheduling with Mister Sparky was confusing and frustrating and caused appointments to be switched. However once Timmy came out when he reviewed our entire project his explanations made a lot of sense. Even though the project was on the expensive side our research indicated it was not out of line. We signed up, paid a deposit and scheduled for the next day, Mike came out with all the parts and equipment needed to do the job and spent an entire day drilling and installing the new electric box. Our project turned into a two day event and when Mike returned again with all parts needed he finished wiring our new shed including installing the new A/C. Both Timmy and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and truly an asset to Mister Sparky!
