Today we had kitchen island pendulum lights installed. Fabulous customer service! Francisco has completed multiple projects for us! He is very knowledgeable and professional! Mister Sparky in Conroe is definitely our go to for all electrical work.

Javier was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Absolutely the definition of service with a smile. He got us up and running with our first home EV charger and provided us expert advice for other electrical questions and concerns.

When I contacted Mr. Sparky's company on marketplace, I wasn't pretty sure about what I'd get but as it is, they were outstanding professional young men. The general manager that came out was very professional and friendly, and my cat loved him and she doesn't love anybody believe me they did their job outstanding They put up all my light fixtures took down can lights and put up lighting in place of it and you can't even tell it was done ! If you're looking for Electrician company, they are the ones to hire! I'm gonna have them come back and do more work for me sometime this year! Everyone hire Mr. Sparky Company!

It was after hours and the A/C went out. Then it was determined I needed a breaker changed out in order to complete the A/C repair. I called a bunch of after hours electrical companies but Mr Sparky answered and were available. Jonathan came out (after arriving home after the workday) once I called, and he was really personable and thorough. He got to the crux of the problem and fixed it. Then he checked my A/C to make sure I’d have cold air tonight. He explained what he was doing and suggested where I could improve my current electrical set up. I liked that he broke down all the charges before he did a thing, and he was super enthusiastic to be part of his company. Thanks Jonathan! I’d call them again!

Eli Rios from Mr. Sparky came out to do some work at my mom's place and did a fantastic job. He was kind, professional and thorough. My mom is 81 and nervous of any business she hasn't done work with before. Especially when they are in her house. She said she felt safe and was thrilled how her tech explained everything. They did quite a bit of work for a fair price and are quoting the other work we need. Thank you for going the extra mile to look after my mom I will be recommending you folks to everyone who will listen. Update: Eli came back out and did a ton of work they offered financing if we needed it and were very fair. all work was completed with no issues every thing looking better than when they came. So nice to see a business treat customers with kindness and respect. I'm not sure what they do to train and hire but they should keep keep it up. Thanks
