My technician Nick came out and diagnosed the problem, and showed me multiple ways to proceed from there. He explained each one, so that I could make an informed decision. A few days later he showed up and tirelessly worked through the entire day to make sure my issue had been resolved. Afterwards he guided me through their process, explained what they did, and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Great service!

My experience with Mr. Sparky has been great. The team is professional and responsive. What initially seemed like a simple service request revealed some tricky wiring in an old home. Thomas was on time and professional on each visit and thoroughly assessed the original ask, problems, and potential solutions and demonstrated broad knowledge and professionalism. The office team of Eli and Monica was also great in my answering questions. Thomas and Josue did a great job on the installation and were also great about explaining any curve balls that came up. Thomas provided a great walk through of my new panel box and its safety features as well. I will be calling Mr. Sparky again when it's time to do the kitchen. Their service is highly recommended.
