Today we had kitchen island pendulum lights installed. Fabulous customer service! Francisco has completed multiple projects for us! He is very knowledgeable and professional! Mister Sparky in Conroe is definitely our go to for all electrical work.
Javier was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Absolutely the definition of service with a smile. He got us up and running with our first home EV charger and provided us expert advice for other electrical questions and concerns.
When I contacted Mr. Sparky's company on marketplace, I wasn't pretty sure about what I'd get but as it is, they were outstanding professional young men. The general manager that came out was very professional and friendly, and my cat loved him and she doesn't love anybody believe me they did their job outstanding They put up all my light fixtures took down can lights and put up lighting in place of it and you can't even tell it was done ! If you're looking for Electrician company, they are the ones to hire! I'm gonna have them come back and do more work for me sometime this year! Everyone hire Mr. Sparky Company!
Mark took down an old outdoor fan for me and put up a new one. He was quick, professional and polite. I'd say he went out of his way on my job. There were a couple of things he explained to me and gave me the option of which I preferred. Past technichans have taken the easiest way out of doing the job, but Mark did not. And the price he quoted me was the same price he charged me! Will definitely use Mr. Sparky again and request Mark C.!! Great job and thank again! A very happy customer, Brenda W.
I had a scheduling conflict with them(their error). But once that was worked out by Monica and Francisco came and installed my light fixture everything was great. He was polite professional and knowledgeable. I am happy with their service
