About a month ago, our whole-home generator quit working. Initially, we called a different company out that basically gave us the run around. Finally, we were (are) facing hurricane/tropical storm Beryl, and I have medical equipment that needs electricity. I searched for generator repair companies that were open on weekends and found Mr Sparky of Clear Lake. I called and left a message and our call was returned within an hour or so. Mr John said he would be out the next day. True to his word, he arrived around noon, and had our generator up and running by 2:30. The other company said they had to special order parts. Mr John said all he would have to do is run to the local auto parts store. And he did. Now our generator is fixed and we don't have to worry if the power goes out. Additionally, the price was much more reasonable than the other company's. We will definitely call Mr Sparky Clear Lake for future maintenance and any other electrical issues in the future, and we will 100% recommend them, too!
