Great experience going over the external outlet installation and how to best route the wiring from inside the house. He explained all the details of the work and completed in a timely manner. The work was very well done and I was pleased with the results.
This was my second opinion inspection. Luckily I found Mr. Sparky and John Tornabene. He actually took time to evaluate the problem and locate what might be causing it. He arrived on time, was extremely thorough, and went above and beyond in service. He offered me multiple solutions with no sales pressure. Hands down, I’d recommend him and this company to anyone looking for an electrician.
From start to finish, we were very happy with our experience. Everything was clearly communicated and quoted, professional, the work was done with excellence, all was cleaned up neatly afterwards, and we appreciated the honesty we received when trying to decide what work needed to be done - what was a priority, what could wait, and what was not needed. In the initial inspection, John found a set of exposed wires that needed to be dealt with, so we approved to add it to the work order, but when it came time to do the actual work, it was discovered that the wires were no longer connected to a power source, so there was actually no issue to be dealt with concerning that. We would have never known the difference, but John was honest, and removed that from the work order, so we wouldn’t have to pay for unneeded work. We will be calling them again for future work, and we would highly recommend them to anybody else.
John and his team are fantastic and work very hard to make sure our problems are solved. They’re professional and genuine, clean up after any mess, and communicated well when they’re in route. I’m so glad to have chose him. I definitely will recommend anyone to use them!
