First visit to evaluate the problem with the mast John was on time and they even send a text with the pic of tech coming out, nice touch. John explained the issue and what needed to be done. Again on time for second visit for the service work. Everything was cleaned up at the work site, even the pieces of wires the guy from TX New Mexico just threw on the ground when turning power back on. John was very detail in explaining everything he had done. I would highly recommend them again.
