My husband and I needed to have our electrical wiring updated. We had passed the Mr. Sparky trucks in our area several times, so we decided to check into them. Susan was delightful when my husband called her. He asked her several questions, and she was very pleasant and helpful in scheduling an appointment to send someone out the next day. We were pleased with the thoroughness of the technicians that arrived. They checked all of the electrical receptacles, our circuit breaker, the attic, and the wiring on the outside. Before they left, we were given a price, and decided to trust their expertise. We intended to get a couple of estimates, but decided it wasn't necessary after their inspection and knowledge shown. The entire team was awesome! We felt comfortable having them working in our home, and appreciated the way they cleaned up their mess before leaving. I wanted to thank Mr. Sparky and his electricians for a job well done!!
