My husband used Mr. Sparky for a personal project that required getting electrical installed. Josh and his team were so helpful and professional through the whole process!! My husband would have to call to get clarification on certain aspects and everyone was kind enough to take the time to talk through any questions he had. We feel we found an electrician who we can trust with any project, big or small. Also, LOVE the macaroons that Cassie bakes!!
Excellent experience. The Mister Sparky team did a great job updating my basement and garage lighting. They were detail oriented, careful with clean up and I was very happy with the final result. I appreciated that the team working on my project explained what to expect and carefully reviewed the scope of the project with me before starting. They were also flexible and able to accommodate some last minute changes. Overall very happy with the final result.
A++ ! James did a fabulous job!!! Arrived on time, listened/communicated well, addressed all the electrical issues we asked him to and explained what was going on, cleaned up after his work, was kind to our pup and even brought the garbage cans back up to the garage for me! Who knew there were still people like this in the world?! Oh, and the work was reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!!!

Mario was so efficient and charming. Great customer service. He went to get the part to install and returned in less than 20 minutes. I so appreciated that he didn't put me off by saying they'd need to order the part and come back another day. He installed the new part in the same appointment. So easy!
