Mister Sparky® Electrical Service Plans

Jim came over to do an estimate on installation of four ceiling fans. Because I am renting, I had to get approval and then order the fans. Jim was very patient as I kept him up-to-date on my order. I got in touch with Jim and it just happened to be a rainy day. They were able to send Ray over that morning to install my fans. Ray was fantastic! He helped me move a bed and after he installed the fan, he put the bed back in position AND put the bedside table back in place. I love my fans and it’ll only be nicer when the summer heat gets here. I would highly recommend Mister Sparky.

Mr Sparky came to our rescue!!! Our AC went out in this July heat streak. Our AC unit is only 2 years old and after consulting with an HVAC person we realized the issue was actually our Generac relay boxes and not our AC unit itself. However we knew from past issues that finding an electrician that works on Generac equipment is not easily done. One call to Mr. Sparky and we were immediately put at ease. We spoke with Josh and he assured us this was something they could assist with (big win!) Mr Sparky was able to get out to help us within the HOUR, worked their electrician magic on our Generac boxes, and got our AC up and running and the house cooled back down for our puppy and young daughter. We will definitely use Mr. Sparky for all our electrical needs, especially for our Generac, and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I called Mister Sparky on their emergency line because I was hearing a buzzing noise that I believed was coming from my electrical panel. It turned out to be buzzing from another source, but Josh still took the time during off-hours to walk me through diagnosing the problem and figure out whether or not I had an emergency on my hands. He also got me setup with an appointment the very next morning, which I appreciated. They were the only shop that called me back at all that night of the many I reached out to. Mario, the technician, was great and answered all of my questions clearly and from obvious experience. During the visit to check on the buzz, he assuaged my concerns but also pointed out that our panel was very old and deeply in need of replacement. After shopping around for the job, Mister Sparky came out ahead in both price and services offered. It's an expensive job, but they offered a very reasonable price based on the local market. Mario and Rick did a great job on the replacement, bringing all of our quirky older home's vestigial circuits into one lovely, new panel and upgrading our service in the process. The job was completed within the timeframe they suggested. They minimized cuts to drywall in our finished basement to run the ground (some had to be cut, which was unavoidable) and patched whatever they could with cover plates. They also went above-and-beyond to label our breakers properly, which was no simple task given the amount of weird, single-outlet circuits in our home. Overall, couldn't be happier with the service.

From the moment Jim arrived, he was professional, patient, and very thorough. He took the time to explain our electrical concerns in a way that was easy to understand. We would highly recommend Jim from Mr. Sparky to anyone in need of a trustworthy electrician.
