These guys really have it down. They are extremely organized. The scheduling was super easy. Their communication was spot on. And the technician Ethan was fantastic. They do great work. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because their prices are pretty high. But if you need them, they will be there and make your life easier. I have them on my preferred business list.

Had some issues after power surge with last night’s storm. They came out same day ( not sure that’s always possible ). Ethan was awesome! So helpful, professional and explained things so thoroughly! He even vacuumed up a little “dust “from his work!! Definitely will use Mr Sparky again for my electrical needs and will be sure to ask for Ethan!

I had a problem with my Overhead Door. There was no power there, and Dining room. My tech was Ethan. He diagnosed a problem with the circuit breaker. It was tripped and the breaker was not staying on. Ethan replaced the breaker and GFT. I SHOULD explain that Ethan showed me the price before he fixed the problem. Ethan explained everything he would be doing. I can't say enough about my experience Ethan was very professional, very personable, and I was very comfortable knowing that ' this guy knew his stuff'. It seems that people are quick to complain but rarely recognize great service. Ethan certainly demonstrated great service. Ethan was a great example of customer service and is very much an asset to Mr. Sparkey Totally pleased and highly recommend Your company.
