Monday night one of our can lights in the kitchen came loose from the ceiling. The first service we contacted gave us an appointment for the following Thursday and the contacted us the next day to tell us they no longer serve Wilmington. Wednesday, my wife chugged around Google looking for a replacement and came away with Mister Sparky. They sent an electrician, John Williams, out the next day and he was able to replace the light in a few minutes; however, the new light was so bright, we decided to replace the other two lights, as well. We liked his work so much that we had him replace a defective dimmer switch in the next room.

The technician, Nick, was kind and patient, taking the time to explain the project in detail. He also assisted with financing by ensuring all information was accurate. Within just a few days, he arrived to install everything he had promised. Despite it being a long day, Nick and his assistant worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Courteous and dependability are just a few ways to describe this professional technician and his staff.

My water heater short circuited and tripped the main breaker. I had very limited power. I called Mr. Sparky and they sent Tracy right away to help fix the problem. He was professional and explained the issues and provided me with few options so I can choose the option best for my needs. Customer service was excellent. Tracy went as far to inspect my outlets, electric meter, and checked the main breaker and every individual breaker for safety. Even after the job was completed, he was available to answer my follow up questions. I highly recommend him for electrical services.

These guys really have it down. They are extremely organized. The scheduling was super easy. Their communication was spot on. And the technician Ethan was fantastic. They do great work. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because their prices are pretty high. But if you need them, they will be there and make your life easier. I have them on my preferred business list.
