Before yesterday, I did not hear about Mister Sparky. It was recommended to me through Angi, and Richard gave me a warm call in seconds. Today, Josh provided me great service well beyond my expectation. Besides solving my outlet problem in an efficient and honest way, he went extra mile to go over safety inspectation for the house; in particular, he checked the wire connections in the breaker panels and had some loose ends tightened, which could save multiple service trips. They did it for free for new customers. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

My second time booking with Mister Sparky— A different office than last time, but still wonderful Customer service. They’re super easy to communicate with using whatever method I wanted— I preferred to text. I had an appointment scheduled, but I got a text saying that a technician was in the area and could arrive a day earlier! The electrician, Spencer, was super kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He even taught me a few things about my house that I didn’t realize! :) Thanks so much Spencer & Mister Sparky!

Josh and Pilar were professional, kind, and informative. They installed my island lights and dining area chandelier quickly and did a complimentary electrical safety inspection.

Tyler and Josh did a great job installing an outlet under my kitchen sink for a garbage disposal. They were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to answer all of my questions and explain what they were doing. I’d hire them again. Thanks guys.

Many thanks to Spencer, Josh and Pilar for their diligent work on the upgrade of electrical service to my old house. There were some unexpected problems, which they solved with skill and good humor. I also much appreciate that they worked until 9pm onenight so I could have power back by the weekend. Also they were each fun to talk with :-)
