Spencer from Mister Sparky Electricians was fantastic. He arrived right on time and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He walked us through each step of the troubleshooting process showing us what the problems could be and how he was going to fix it. Overall great experience and it’s nice to support a local company from right up the street. 10 stars!
Josh was an assume electrician. We called Mr Sparky to make sure we didn't have a bigger problem. We had some momentary outages going on. Josh came in, checked everything including or panel, and gave us a clean bill of health. He then recommend some changes we might need to look at. He was totally transparent with the price and told me about different programs they off to give discounts. Over all, an awesome experience!
On time, super polite and friendly and courteous. Spencer was a very knowledgeable gentleman who knew the ins and outs of his job. Installed a 240 volt plug for an electric car charger, gave me pricing options, took care of permitting and paperwork for the Duke rebate. Mr. Sparky should be your next electrician for any job you have!
Pilar was respectful, clean and knowledgeable. Did a great job installing an outlet in our crawlspace for a humidifier. She was also on time, with clear communication through the whole process. Would recommend.
Pilar did a great job working out the best options for our project. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She takes pride in her work and took extra time to make sure we understood her plan. I will ask for Pilar the next time I need electrical work. John Williamson
