I am incredibly impressed by Mr. Sparky and Mitchell the technician that came out. I called because a light switch wasn’t working, and they told me they could have somebody out within the next two hours of my phone call if I was available. They informed me that it’s a free estimate a free inspection and then I’ll have the ability to choose if I want the work done right away done later or if I wanna think about it. When Mitchell came out, he was timely. He was friendly. He was courteous, he was patient, and he explained everything as he was doing it as he was looking into the problem. I continued to watch him as he did the inspection of my panel and some other electrical around my house. He was able to quickly identify the problem and the remedy to fix it, he gave me a couple of quotes on different ways to improve the electrical effectiveness and safety of my home, which I really loved the pricing packages. They also warranty their work. Anyways, I appreciate Mr. Sparky and Mitchell for coming out right away and helping my lights turned back on, And also helping me make a plan for improving all things electrical in my house.
