The office staff was super helpful in finding an appointment time for me. They assigned Dylan to come to my house and he was great! He quickly assessed what was needed and communicated the price, was very pleasant, answered all my questions and worked very efficiently. I’m thrilled with the result. Thank you Dustin! I had a very dangerous panel situation that I was unaware of in my 30+ year old house. I originally called to have a light switch replaced and to troubleshoot 3 non-working GFCI outlets. Turns out the panel had actually caught fire and melted/welded at least 3 of the breaker boxes to the panel. High voltage wires going into the panel and into the meter were burnt and the surrounding casings had melted. Dustin is the first electrician to complete a full safety check which found a serious problem. He provided me 3 different solutions and pricing/financing for each, I picked what I wanted, got the financing, and install is happening as we speak. I'm ecstatic about the service I received. Though it was an unexpected and costly issue I'm beyond grateful, I prefer a little debt over an ash house.
I had to pleasure to have Ryan come out and service our household and he did an amazing explaining the job and process for me to understand what need to be done and why. He was polite and respectful at all times. I called early in the morning and they were able to have someone out by 2 pm. Fast service in our time of need. Will continue to call them for our future needs. Highly recommend!
