Jeromy was the best! He was kind and calm and explained everything thoroughly. Our problem was fixed quickly and we were able to make a plan to tackle the next issue…and we really appreciated the upfront quotes/costs and grantees in service. And update: Today Matt and coworker showed up to replace the main breaker box…the old one was a fire hazard and we needed more amps! They were here promptly at 8am got started and finished everything by 5 including cleanup and labeling of the breakers etc.All in like 100° weather too, they were amazing!! Now I have peace of mind! Thank you Matt n’ and the whole Mister Sparky crew, you guys go above and beyond.
They did an excellent job replacing my 35 year old circuit breaker panel and replacing a light fixture in my kitchen. Thanks much, Reyes, Eugene and Mason! Update: Eugene was back to do some work on my home bar. Installed backlighting behind the glassware and liquor shelf, and under the opal countertop. Fantastic job. thank you so very much!
Thank you Dustin! I had a very dangerous panel situation that I was unaware of in my 30+ year old house. I originally called to have a light switch replaced and to troubleshoot 3 non-working GFCI outlets. Turns out the panel had actually caught fire and melted/welded at least 3 of the breaker boxes to the panel. High voltage wires going into the panel and into the meter were burnt and the surrounding casings had melted. Dustin is the first electrician to complete a full safety check which found a serious problem. He provided me 3 different solutions and pricing/financing for each, I picked what I wanted, got the financing, and install is happening as we speak. I'm ecstatic about the service I received. Though it was an unexpected and costly issue I'm beyond grateful, I prefer a little debt over an ash house.
