Mason & Eugene are very well spoken, they can go in excellent detail and keep it simple at the same time. The duo is very well dressed and have years of experience. Both answered my questions with the highest level of empathy. Really happy with the service from Mister Sparky. Winston came out to change my breakers and he was incredibly kind, respectful, and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was safe before leaving. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work.
Eugene was outstanding. He could have gone the quicker route but decided we deserved more. He spend extra time installing our new/extra outlets making sure they fit our needs. I super happy we went with the whole house surge protector too! I was very very pleased with Eugene and Mr. Sparky team!
He was very respectful and explained the work he did.The problem is that my electric outlet in dining room where electricity was interrupted to repair is still not working. Tried to plug a small lamp and no light. I know it’s not the light because it works in the other room. I had asked for a receipt with details of work, and was told they would send it after the work was completed. Usually I have always received a copy of potential costs and then any amendments not needed or needed.The second quote was higher than the first one given. I am partially retired so had to borrow money to pay for the job quoted. They did come down to original price. I was charged for 2 copper grounded poles, but only see 1. It is confusing. I told that the price was reduced because found the problem quickly.
