The office staff was super helpful in finding an appointment time for me. They assigned Dylan to come to my house and he was great! He quickly assessed what was needed and communicated the price, was very pleasant, answered all my questions and worked very efficiently. I’m thrilled with the result. They did an excellent job replacing my 35 year old circuit breaker panel and replacing a light fixture in my kitchen. Thanks much, Reyes, Eugene and Mason! Update: Eugene was back to do some work on my home bar. Installed backlighting behind the glassware and liquor shelf, and under the opal countertop. Fantastic job. thank you so very much!
Thank you Dustin! I had a very dangerous panel situation that I was unaware of in my 30+ year old house. I originally called to have a light switch replaced and to troubleshoot 3 non-working GFCI outlets. Turns out the panel had actually caught fire and melted/welded at least 3 of the breaker boxes to the panel. High voltage wires going into the panel and into the meter were burnt and the surrounding casings had melted. Dustin is the first electrician to complete a full safety check which found a serious problem. He provided me 3 different solutions and pricing/financing for each, I picked what I wanted, got the financing, and install is happening as we speak. I'm ecstatic about the service I received. Though it was an unexpected and costly issue I'm beyond grateful, I prefer a little debt over an ash house.
We are so impressed with this company! Ryan Ross is just the best! He helped us get our house out back order quickly. He didn’t have the equipment on his truck to fix everything this evening, so he called around and found another technician that could come out tonight to fix everything! People like him renew my faith in humanity!
