Electrical Panel Upgrades

I got a detailed estimate of the work that will be done. I also got an estimate of work that will be done at a later date. The technician Kyle was very informative and asked several times if I had any questions. I feel confident with everything and will be moving forward. Kyle was out again today to perform some of the work. He did an amazing job. Everything was wonderful. He cleaned up after him self and took the trash. Kyle was very informative and paid attention to detail. Not to mention very polite. Thank you Kyle for an excellent job. I will see you soon

I called Benjamin Franklin, plumbing and heating and electricity. I had a problem with the line in my house. I spoke to customer service. They sent me this guy Mike. He was amazing. He explained everything he was doing what had to be done and how we can fix it. Mike is amazing. He was kind. He was courteous, respectful and I recommend calling Mike at Benjamin Franklin for your electricity needs they get the job done right on time. Thank you Mike. You’re the best.

Kyle is an excellent technician. He’s extremely friendly, knowledgeable and skillful - and quite a good salesman. He notified us when he was on his way and he arrived exactly on time. He completed all of the work in one visit. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Mike did an excellent job of explaining the reason why I need a new fuse box. He was extremely polite and professional. I need a couple of days to consider my options and he used no pressure tactics except to remind me not to hire a handyman for this kind of job.

Kyle contacted me this afternoon in regards to my request for information for a possible home generator system added to the house. Upon contact, he was very professional and knowledgeable took care of a long list of questions I had in regards to a Generac home generator system. He listened to what my idea was with up dating my landscaping and working the generator into my plans. Once I express what my ideas were, he was able to assist me with what the requirements were to have the generator located specific measurements locations where it is required by law, which is very helpful. He gave me options to consider. He was very easy to talk to being. I had no knowledge of what I was talking about, I now have an educated plan that I could work with after the way he advised me. Kyle is super helpful. He made it simple that I could understand what all my options were. In the past, I’ve worked in the service industry and you’re fortunate.
