"I came home Thursday night and turned on the lights in my Study and heard this loud pop and all the ceiling lights went out. I thought I might have just blown the fuse for the lights in the study, but something told me it was more. I went to the fuse box and reset the fuses and came back to the study and checked....still no lights. So now I knew it was time to call for help. It was time to call in the Big Guns! So I called Mister Sparky to send out an Electrician to figure out what was wrong. They sent me out Brett Adams, and he figured out the problem in no time. I had replaced all the lights in my house with new LED light fixtures, but I had left the old housings in and just attached the new LEDs to the old housings. These old housings had a device built-in to them that acted like a starter does in a florescent light system, and this caused a reaction between the old and new technologies which was the loud pop I heard when the two reacted and blew up. Brett was extremely knowledgeable and knew all about this, as well as what it was going to take to get it fixed. Brett got right on the repairs as soon as I gave him the okay to proceed and was done shortly afterwards. Brett is a true professional and does quality work. I would highly recommend Brett, both for his professionalism and his skills. If Mister Sparky will let you ask for him by name I would certainly do so."
