JP Is a true professional. He is a very polite And gentle man. He installed our dining room light and made a tough job. Look easy. He tested the outlets in my front bathroom and was able to diagnose the problem and came up with a solution, which was relatively simple. JP is a very smart individual as a true technician. You’re lucky to have him on your team and I’m glad he came to my home. I would be more than happy to have him return.
I had an exceptional experience with this company from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, communication and follow-up were great, and the service was prompt and professional. Ralph with Mister Sparky was amazing. He came out and gave us an estimate which was faster and less than another estimate we had received. He was able to come out the next day and knocked the project out in a couple of hours. He was very professional and cleaned up any debris in the area where the installations were done.
