Our technician Zachary (Zach) did an amazing job communicating exactly what was going on with our electrical problems over the phone since we are not permanent residents there. He was very thorough with his evaluation and explaining everything! He is far the most knowledgeable at doing evaluations and explaining it in terns I could understand. Plus, was very good at the repairs! We even joined the club they offer. Happy customer here!

JP was very knowledgeable and located an open neutral that ended up being in the attic. We also upgraded a couple breakers as well as a surge protector system.
