Our technician Zachary (Zach) did an amazing job communicating exactly what was going on with our electrical problems over the phone since we are not permanent residents there. He was very thorough with his evaluation and explaining everything! He is far the most knowledgeable at doing evaluations and explaining it in terns I could understand. Plus, was very good at the repairs! We even joined the club they offer. Happy customer here!

JP was my installer. I had 2 ceiling fans I provided.. One did not work with the slanted downrod I bought. There was no non threaded rods in that brand so I bought a different brand fan for the living room that he recommended. The slanted ceiling installation looks good. He did an excellent jon on the installation. Did a good job on the clean up. Explained to me how to operate the different speeds. The fans are very nice looking and quiet. Also did a surge protector installation for the outside Air Conditionong unit. I will ask for JP again when I need electrical work done.
