Smart Sprinkler Controller

Justin was my Electrician who worked over 6 hours installing 4 ceiling fans in two of my bedrooms. As soon as he showed up, he got to work, and he kept working until it was done. He cleaned up after himself, he took all of the boxes and old fans with him. I didn’t have to worry about taking care of that. The fans work great and he was very professional, and he did a great job.

I was very hesitant at first since I had a batch of horrible contractors within a span of a few months. When I called the company (found it on Google), I was first advised with the customer service rep who answered that I was in good hands. I thought to myself, “yeah yeah,” that’s what they all say. The rep went onto say that she wasn’t saying it just because she worked for the company, but because it was true. For some odd reason, I believed her and I felt a sense of comfort immediately after. Fast forward to when Sean arrived which was less than an hour after I called. Yes, I know!!! Fast service! Sean was very pleasant and professional. He took his time to explain everything to me in detail and took his time to perform the work. The job wasn’t rushed and I wasn’t brushed off for the company to get him to the next job…. Did I mention that they were reasonably priced and offer military and law enforcement discounts. I totally recommend this company and if I could give them 10 ********** I would!

Nahshon and Raleigh arrived on time and were both very professional and had excellent communication skills. They explained everything in detailed and easy to understand terms. They installed a new meter box and conduit from the service feed to the panel. The work was completed and they cleaned up the work site when done. Excellent service guys!

Everyone I dealt with at Mister Sparky was pleasant and helped me through a horrible time. Kayla originally came and saw what needed to be done. She was clearly explained it to me and introduced me to my technician, Raleigh. Raleigh was really nice, professional, explained what the steps were and was sympathetic to my situation. He was thorough and followed up on issues. I was unable to stay at my house while work was being done, and Mister Sparky booked a room for me for two nights. I was surprised as I did not expect them to, but it was a godsend and one less thing to stress over. If I am in need of electrical work in the future I'll use Mister Sparky and will recommend them. Wes and Kyle did excellent work installing a new EV charger. It was a long tedious job but they very professional and the finished work came out amazing! Super friendly and helpful gentlemen. I’d use them again.
