"Update, Mr. Sparky branch manager did call me and sent another technician to resolved my concern. I’m editing this review since it’s not fair to blame an entire business for the action of some bad Apple. I thank Robert for calling me and setting up another service call. Old post - I was very angry but resolved 3/7/2024 When I looked Mr. Sparky and I saw all this good reviews seems like a safe choice. But from the picture you can’t see it wasn’t. Mr. Smith the tech that did this use a Siemens breaker switch on GE box so even thought it “ works” it hard to tell if the switch has tripped or not since they don’t lineup. Second , look a the condition of that metal bridge, it looks like it was taken out of another box and installed on my. It’s even rusted. What a bad job. Called to complain twice and left message but no one ever called me back. If the can’t do this simple breaker replacement right, imagine a bigger job that Mr. Smith had proposed to do on my box."
