I had such a wonderful experience with Everette From Mr Sparky electrical. He replaced the covers of my outside electrical outlets with customer supplied metal ones. He did not mind that I watched him the whole time, and did his job quickly efficiently and was chatting with me the whole time… So friendly and courteous! If Everette is a typical example of this companies, employees, then Mr Sparky has a good thing going! From the time I made my appointment, I have had a good experience. The young lady who scheduled me was very pleasant and professional, I got updates from the robot system, and I got a call about 45 minutes before my service time, to make sure that I was home, which was very much appreciated. There was one small misunderstanding in regard to the pricing, since I did supply the part, but the Supervisor cleared that up very quickly without any negativity whatsoever. A great organization overall!

When we first started looking for an electrician, it wasn’t just about getting a quote — it was about finding someone we could trust with our parents’ old home. The house was built before the seventies, and we always had a feeling the wiring wasn’t as safe as it should be. Still, we didn’t know just how much was hiding behind the walls. The others were polite, but their visits were quick — counting outlets, no real inspection, gone in under half an hour. It was hard to imagine how they could understand the home without digging deeper. Bradley from Mister Sparky of Miami was the only one that treated the assessment like a top priority. When installation day came, we met the trio who would change everything: Hector, David, and Joseph. These guys showed up ready to work. They divided the house into sections and tackled the project like a well‑oiled machine. As Bradley predicted, it was a big job — bigger than we expected. Two electrical panels, wire after wire, switches and outlets had to be replaced and brought up to code. But they never once made us feel overwhelmed. They kept us updated, explained what they were doing, and treated our home with respect. By the end, we had a brand‑new electrical panel, updated wiring throughout the entire property, smoke detectors, new light fixtures, and every single outlet and switch — inside and out — checked and replaced. They even discovered that the electric company needed to update the main cable connecting our home to the grid (which they came out and replaced). No one else caught that. Today, our old family home feels safe for the first time in decades. We walk through each room with peace of mind, knowing the work was done thoroughly and professionally. We’re genuinely grateful for Bradley, Hector, David, Joseph, and the entire Mister Sparky of Miami team. Thank you for giving our family home a new sense of security. THE TECHNICIANS, William Sablon (who was in charge) and Alex (a new team member) were very polite, well spoken, courteous, and knowledgeable. Both demonstrated professionalism at all times. THE REPAIR involved replacing a dimmer switch for a set of recessed lights, and while THE COST was a bit steep, the quality of work was excellent. William diagnosed the job then took time to explain why the previous work failed, and why the repair was necessary—something I truly appreciated knowing. THE CHAIN OF COMMUNICATION, between the company, the technicians, and myself was flawless. From my initial conversation with Mister Sparky to the job completion, there was always clarity. All in all, it was a good experience and a job well done.
