Smart Lighting

Was great service and was on time. Did not have to wait all day. Came in quickly identified what was wrong and started work right away. Had to replace entire power panel because of a burnt breaker and back board. Was very friendly and courteous! Also it was New Years day which sucked for wvwryone and him. Thankful they came out and house did not burn down!

Old service coming to home was a fire hazard. REMC said new service needed installed. One phone to Mr. Sparky of Louisville Ky. Had someone there in a hour. Several hours later and new service was installed Brandon Knoy and another electrician were great people to have do the job. Thanks Guys good job

I had a fire in my electrical panel. The fire was at 4:30pm, I put it out and called Mister Sparky at 5pm, Peyton and Jason took out the destroyed panel and had a new one installed and my power back on by midnight. Absolutely impressive! My wife, my toddler, and myself got to get a good nights sleep with our AC powered back on after a hot and stressful day. I talked with Peyton and Jason during the repair process and they answered all my questions and made me feel informed of what they were doing and why, all the while working quick to get my power back. I also talked with another technician named Paul who stopped by and he was kind and knowledgeable too. Great group of people and I’m very pleased to now have an electrician I feel good about using in the future and recommending to others. ***Update: Inspection afterwards took a lot of follow up calls and many weeks and wasn't a great experience. Overall still a decent experience.

Prompt, professional and pleasant electrician (John)! Arrived as scheduled and after a thorough troubleshooting process identified serious electrical issues. Straight forward information given, straight forward resolution strategy offered with straight forward pricing. Electrical Box and Electric Meter replaced same day. Fantastic service with all questions acknowledged and answered. This is how all electrical emergency situations should be handled. Thank you!!!!

Mr. Sparky came out immediately to help when our home had a power surge causing a small fire in one of the boxes. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They worked all day to make sure it was completed. (they even skipped lunch). So far so good and hope to not have anymore electrical problems in the future. Doug was our electrician and Owen was his apprentice. Steve from the office did an amazing job keeping us up to date with all of the power company and inspections.
