He listened to the problem we had, fixed it but also noticed some other issues presented some ideas to consider to fix them without being pushy at all. "Customer service is fantastic. I got a same day appointment (approx 4 hours after I called) and before the tech came, I got a photo and small bio so I knew who was coming to my home. That made me feel very safe and reassured. John was pleasant and professional. He gave us multiple options at multiple price points to correct our issue. Service was a little more pricey than we expected to pay based on similar services recieved before but overall would recommend."
