We had Justin come out to our home for an electrical issue, and even though we ultimately weren’t able to move forward with the repair because of the cost, I still felt compelled to leave this review because of how professional, honest, and genuinely helpful he was throughout the entire process. From the moment he arrived, Justin was respectful, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely thorough in explaining what was going on. Instead of trying to pressure us into anything, he took the time to give real advice, walk us through our options, and point us in the right direction based on our situation. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days. You can tell he truly cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Even though we couldn’t proceed with the work at this time, I walked away feeling informed, respected, and genuinely grateful for the guidance he gave us. Sometimes great customer service isn’t just about completing the job — it’s about how you treat people when they need help, and Justin absolutely exceeded expectations. The company as a whole was also excellent to deal with — responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. I found Mr. Sparky by reading the bad reviews of another provider. The research I did told me the going rate for my problem (replacing the entire breaker box), and Mr. Sparky hit it. They were all extremely professional, friendly, methodical, and solicitous of my approval. I cannot recommend Mr. Sparky more highly to anyone needing work done. I have (in fact) just purchased four ceiling fans, and will be having Mr. Sparky install them all!
