Mr.Sparky is the way to go. Tom came out one morning to determine what I needed. The breaker box was old and parts of some breakers had melted in the box, he showed me. The meter box was pulling away from the wall and needed replacement as well. He took time explaining it all to me and showing what needed to be done The next day, he arrived bright and early and ready to go. I made his job harder by having him explain things to my nephew and sister by phone, too. Houston, TX, August 1 - it is hot! Tom kept at it all day til 4:30. Great work. Neat, workable, new surge protector and grounding set-up. No complaints and he answered all my questions without skipping a beat I am very pleased with the new electrical work and for Tom and his explanations and patience with my relatives in the phone. Electrical problems? Call Mr Sparky and ask for Tom. I'm sure they're all good.

Great service! Technician was on time, gave estimate on the spot and was ready to perform the service requested. Our appointment was scheduled before the hurricane and they came as agreed, before we even had power back on. This is our second time using Mr. Sparky services and we have had good experience both times. Technician was helpful and gave some good tips on how to setup our electrical panel so we wouldn't overload any circuits when the power came back on. Thanks Mr. Sparky!
