I have used Mister Sparky for over 10 years and can honestly say I've never had a bad experience with them. Bailey was my electrician for today's work; he was polite, careful, and did everything I wanted exactly as I wanted it. I had an outstanding experience with Mr. Sparky, particularly while working with James! We needed several outlets and lights installed, and the consultation was incredibly thorough. When we inquired about surge protection, James recommended a fantastic product that safeguards all our major appliances, including our computer. The pricing for the job was very reasonable and significantly lower than the other two quotes we received, which was a pleasant surprise. We did encounter a minor issue with a timer switch that wouldn’t program correctly, but Mr. Sparky was quick to respond. They sent someone out the very next day, and the problem was resolved efficiently. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the price, quality of work, and exceptional customer service from Mr. Sparky. We will definitely turn to them for our future electrical needs and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable electrical work!
Normally, I'm a do it myself guy. This was more business related and I wanted a pro. He is a pro. Fast efficient and thorough. He found the problem, explained it clearly and had it fixed in no time. The price wasn't bad either. No Malarkey with Mr Sparky! (the ads worked on me)
