The company overall is very professional and friendly. From the owner to the scheduler and the technicians. We had Tyler E. come out for the estimate of a generator and for the install job and he was wonderful. He described the whole process clearly and asked for permission on any small changes. He made sure we understood how everything worked and said to call with any questions. We were also having to stick to a strict budget and they were gladly able to make it work. I would highly recommend this company!
Tyler was great! Checked circuit before starting to answer my questions, then worked quickly to replace the three light fixtures and set them up the way we wanted. Very satisfied with his work.
Contacted Mr. Sparky for installation of a Tesla wall charger. They had us on the schedule within 24 hours and taken care of the same day they came out. James was our technician and I was very impressed with his professionalism and end result. He was on time, easy to work with, and came up with a great solution to a more-difficult-than-it-should-be problem with routing the wiring for our charger. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Sparky or James again for our electrical needs.
The electrician Nick was prompt, courteous and extremely polite and knowledgeable! Discussed the repair options and provided a detailed price quote. He accomplished the work in a professional manner, paying attention to detail! I would highly recommend him and the team from Mister Sparky for any electrical work!!
