We had such a great experience working with Jason from Mr. Sparky! He helped us install a new light fixture in our laundry room. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. On top of that - Jason was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend!
Jason & Matt were wonderful! They explained the pricing very well, we're very personable, and saved me hours of my life. I was able to have my light switch replaced for a reasonable price. The tether/anchor that secures my service drop to my house had pulled out. Mr Sparky was able to fit me in and get the issue taken care of the same day they came out. Cost was reasonable and work was done extremely quickly. They went above and beyond by connecting the service drop despite not thinking they could. 10/10. Thanks guys! I appreciate it. They also gave me pointers on some tree maintenance that would make the area safer for the future. Appreciated.
We had an excellent experience with Jayson from Mr. Sparkey. They came out to install a whole house surge protector and convert some outdated two-prong outlets to modern three-prong ones — and the work was absolutely top-notch. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was done safely, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was up to code. It’s such a relief to have peace of mind knowing our home is better protected from power surges, and the updated outlets make a world of difference. Nick has great ideas about lighting! Jason and Nick did an awesome job with my little pantry that had little to no light to see my kitchen stock. And I love the new lights in my basement storage! It feels like a whole new space!
