I had a great experience working with Brian Ayala for some electrical work at my home. He was extremely courteous, professional, and genuinely kind from start to finish. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he was—he took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. The work he completed included bringing a few items up to code and installing GFCI outlets, and everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I also really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. It felt honest and straightforward, which is hard to find. I’ve used other companies before, including Safe Electric, but this experience was on another level. The Mister Sparky team responded quickly to our needs and was efficient and helpful. Our problem started when we were out of town and the tech that first addressed our situation made sure my kids were good to go till we got back and could fix things completely. My wife said that the two techs that worked in our home to finish the job were some of the most courteous she had ever met.
