Best experience in a tough situation! The breaker for our well wouldn't work. I called local electricians and no one could come out (already busy schedule). I reached out to Mister Sparky (of Dalton/Chattanooga) and they were AMAZING! From Paige who immediately responded to my online request for help to Steve who came out and figured out the problem immediately. He had the damaged breakers replaced super fast and also realized our GFCIs were bad. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and fair. A+ customer service and A++ technician service!
When the storms rolled through on the morning of March 2025, we were left needing urgent storm repair before power could be restored. It was an overwhelming situation—until we got on the phone with Murph at Mr. Sparky, who had been highly recommended by a family member. He walked us through our options for repair and replacement with patience and clarity, making a stressful situation feel manageable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I got the honor of having the manager come check out my issues. I called and he was there within the hour! Resolved them quick and easy, worked out better than expected! Very informative and personable. He fixed some 90% of my issues while he was here, gave me his recommendations for the next visit with pricing. He understood I was on a budget with no judgment what so ever and helped me figure what would be the best course of action. I love that, so I know how much I will need, it makes it SO much easier!! He could have handled everything today but we are just waiting on me lol.
