They were great, definitely a 5/5! I called this morning needing someone to come out to look at the electrical box due to sparks from a breaker. They managed to answer all my questions, give me information I needed regarding coming out to diagnose and fix the issue and they were very kind. Mark was here within the same day. He was very courteous as we are a daycare facility. He tried to work quietly as to not disturb any children at nap. He diagnosed and fixed the issue effectively. He also explained what may have caused the problem and steps to take so it doesn't happen again. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

First of all I would like to thank Nick for his professional work and attention to detail. He was very respectful and he respected my home. But let's not forget his helper digging that Trench that took quite a while to do but it was perfect work done. If anybody looking for work should be done the right way and humble respectful workers call Mr Sparky.

Today we had kitchen island pendulum lights installed. Fabulous customer service! Francisco has completed multiple projects for us! He is very knowledgeable and professional! Mister Sparky in Conroe is definitely our go to for all electrical work.

Javier with Mister Sparky was amazing !! Had a new light fixture hung over my Island. Previous fixture was off center, so Javier had to put in a new juncture box to make light centered correctly. After that, Javier hung our TV. Did not want wires showing so he installed an outlet up behind the TV and pulled all the cables up and behind the wall . Before Javier left, he vacuumed his work area and moved furniture back in place . Communication was great with the office. Everyone was very kind and professional. When I contacted Mr. Sparky's company on marketplace, I wasn't pretty sure about what I'd get but as it is, they were outstanding professional young men. The general manager that came out was very professional and friendly, and my cat loved him and she doesn't love anybody believe me they did their job outstanding They put up all my light fixtures took down can lights and put up lighting in place of it and you can't even tell it was done ! If you're looking for Electrician company, they are the ones to hire! I'm gonna have them come back and do more work for me sometime this year! Everyone hire Mr. Sparky Company!
