I had a very positive experience with Darrence. He was extremely thorough during the inspection and took the time to explain everything he was seeing and why it mattered. I really appreciated how educational he was; he didn’t just point out issues, he helped us understand the electrical system and the safest way to move forward. What stood out most was his approach to solutions. He went above and beyond to suggest options that prioritized safety while also considering our current needs and budget. I had a couple of projects completed and was pleased with the professionalism and timely service. Our technician on day 1 was Anthony and he was thorough in going through checking our outlets and making repairs as he went. We then asked for a light and a ceiling fan be installed. Because of the electric storm that triggered our initial inspection, we also opted for a whole house surge protector installation. Kevin was the technician who completed the work we had contracted. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained all that he did. I would definitely use Mr. Sparky again.
