Tomas and Chris were absolutely phenomenal, I can’t say enough good things. My wife and I just moved into a new property with a young child and had a new light fixture put into the ceiling. The light fixture ended up cutting power to multiple sections of the home and the breaker kept tripping. This all happened in the evening past normal business hours. Being unfamiliar with the property only being there a few days as well as hearing a humming sound in our breaker box, we knew we needed someone on call. After calling multiple places between 9pm and 10:30pm and getting no response, I found Mister Sparky on google and decided to give them a try. Chris was ultra responsive and told me he was finishing a job an hour away from my location and would be on his way asap. After speaking with him I was hopeful he would be true to his word, he seemed nice enough. In the meantime he had Tomas come help service the property. Tomas came and worked in the pouring rain outside with our breaker box at the midnight hour and Chris showed up as well JUST as he said. They got the problem figured out and gave a VERY reasonable price for the emergency visit that I was happy to pay. As long as Tomas and Chris are at mister sparky they have a lifetime customer for all electrical work from my family.

I cannot say enough good things about Mister Sparky of Columbia! Lightning struck our property on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend! It knocked our power out. Our electric company came out and said we needed an electrician. We chose Mr. Sparky based on other reviews. When I called that Sunday morning (of a long holiday weekend!), Paul answered the phone (no AI or VM!) and within the hour Tomas was at our door! He came up with a plan, a quote, and once we approved it, he went to get what he needed and started working (on the Sunday of a long weekend!). We ended up having to wait until Tuesday for him to finish the job (because of the electric company and the rules we had to follow to get the power off and back on). But Tomas and Billy were here on Tuesday and worked until the job was complete! Tomas stayed so we could test everything. I cannot say enough good things about his work, his kindness, his concern, his honesty. And the folks at the shop that I spoke too (Alexa, Mary, Robby and Paul) were wonderful and they worked to get our power up as fast as possible! Thanks to everyone involved.
