I am disabled, and recovering in a house needing a ceiling fan and 2 ring cameras. My aide recommended Mr. Sparky and we had our first visit for an estimate today. I am in a hospital bed in the living room, which is awkward. Our technician, Virgil, was not only professional, knowledgeable and gave good advice, but he treated me respectfully, and acknowledged me as the customer. That may sound strange, but as we age or become disabled, people we encounter tend to talk over our heads, not look us in the eye, assume we are cognizantly deficient, etc. Virgil was direct, respectful, polite and helpful. I will request him whenever I need electrical work again. He is an excellent representative of the company. Thank you.

I am very happy to say that Mister Sparky responded immediately to my previous review and sent their Operations Manager promptly at 8 am to resolve the problem. He moved the outlet the additional 3 ft away from the hot tub that was originally requested, he was professional and courteous, and he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. It is refreshing to find a company that stands behind their work and quickly resolves any problems that arise. Should we need electrical work done in the future, we will call them first.

This is the second time we’ve used this company, and they’ve been awesome every time. The first time, we had an emergency the day before leaving for Japan, and their team went above and beyond to work with us and make sure everything was taken care of while we were on the other side of the world. Most recently, Kenneth arrived right on time and was extremely thorough. He made sure the work we wanted done was exactly what we needed and took the time to walk us through different options so we could make the best decision. Great communication, reliable service, and a team that genuinely cares—highly recommend!

Patrick was amazing. Down to earth, thoughtful and very thorough. I did get a small repair but he also gave options for bigger repairs needed. Not pushy at all which is an appreciated. Thank you Patrick for being such a good dude. Dustin
