I am very happy to say that Mister Sparky responded immediately to my previous review and sent their Operations Manager promptly at 8 am to resolve the problem. He moved the outlet the additional 3 ft away from the hot tub that was originally requested, he was professional and courteous, and he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. It is refreshing to find a company that stands behind their work and quickly resolves any problems that arise. Should we need electrical work done in the future, we will call them first.

I called Mr Sparky after one company I called never showed up, and another company came out and quoted $700 more than what Mr Sparky charged . Vincent was very personable, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and explained everything thoroughly for me. He ran a new electric line to the breaker box for an outdoor outlet for me in my carport. Him and his co-worker arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely call Mr Sparky again for future work.

Hired Mr. Sparky to install a ceiling fan in our living room with 18 foot ceilings. They came out provided us an estimate which was very reasonable and we're able to come back a couple days later to complete the work. They were very thorough in explaining what they needed to do, approximately how long it would take and making sure during the install they clarified if we we wanted the light installed that came with our fan. We were very happy with there work. They were efficient and finished within the time and cost quoted. We would certainly hire them again for any of our electrical work. Preston did a great job and was very pleasant and easy to deal with.

My service person Virgil came out to inspect my electrical issues. One was a plug hanging from the wall & other two issues had to be investigated a lil further but wasn’t guaranteed to find the issue. So we didn’t do other job yet. Will wait til I get bathroom remodel with walls knocked down for better investigation. Virgil was friendly & knowledgeable & let me know everything b4 he did the work. C u soon Virgil, I have more work to come, will use Mr Sparky again.
