I called into report an outage to their 24-hour response team later in the afternoon. Nic showed up really quickly to help us get a diagnosis on the issue and schedule the next day for an amazing turn around time! He was extremely respectful and took amazing care of the scheduling, finding the issue and ensuring us it could be fixed. The next day Joseph and Gavin arrived on the scene and made light work of, what seemed to me, as a big job. Joseph and Gavin were fantastic! Super professional, efficient, and clearly know their stuff. They handled everything flawlessly and left the place spotless. Highly recommend these electricians – 5 stars all the way!
I called last minute to have a ceiling fan installed and they worked me in for 7/3 and before the 4th holiday. Most companies would have pushed me another week at least. Technician was prompt, walked me through every step, took care of my property (wore boot covers, vacuumed area) and very knowledgeable. Thomas did an excellent job and I would recommend Mr. Sparky for any electrical needs.
I had the pleasure of meeting Shiy today. He was very knowledgeable with great attention to detail. He showed me everything as he was working on and gave thorough and understandable explanations. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it, with the exception of the range which flashed a strange bright light when turned on. Eyes wide, he turned around and calmly said, "I don't think you should use this." Then promptly flipped the breaker to prevent any fires. Highly recommend their services!
Mister Sparky was nothing short of amazing for us. We had issues with our power, had to call at 1 A.M and Shiy showed up for us. Positive, punctual, and professional is how I would describe him.
