Within just a few days, he arrived to install everything he had promised. Despite it being a long day, Nick and his assistant worked tirelessly until the job was completed. My water heater short circuited and tripped the main breaker. I had very limited power. I called Mr. Sparky and they sent Tracy right away to help fix the problem. He was professional and explained the issues and provided me with few options so I can choose the option best for my needs. Customer service was excellent. Tracy went as far to inspect my outlets, electric meter, and checked the main breaker and every individual breaker for safety. Even after the job was completed, he was available to answer my follow up questions. I highly recommend him for electrical services.

These guys really have it down. They are extremely organized. The scheduling was super easy. Their communication was spot on. And the technician Ethan was fantastic. They do great work. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because their prices are pretty high. But if you need them, they will be there and make your life easier. I have them on my preferred business list.
