Monday night one of our can lights in the kitchen came loose from the ceiling. The first service we contacted gave us an appointment for the following Thursday and the contacted us the next day to tell us they no longer serve Wilmington. Wednesday, my wife chugged around Google looking for a replacement and came away with Mister Sparky. They sent an electrician, John Williams, out the next day and he was able to replace the light in a few minutes; however, the new light was so bright, we decided to replace the other two lights, as well. We liked his work so much that we had him replace a defective dimmer switch in the next room.
The technician, Nick, was kind and patient, taking the time to explain the project in detail. He also assisted with financing by ensuring all information was accurate. Within just a few days, he arrived to install everything he had promised. Despite it being a long day, Nick and his assistant worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Courteous and dependability are just a few ways to describe this professional technician and his staff.
Thomas showed up as promised and was very personable. He did a complimentary home inspection, explained the things he saw, and provided an honest estimate for the work I originally called him to do. He was very professional throughout the process, explained the steps he took and cleaned up afterward leaving the work area cleaner than when he arrived. I will not hesitate to contact Mr Sparky Electrical again should the need arise
Called in the morning to have a smoke detector replace and GFI switch replaced. Setup appointment same day and within a few hours Thomas Martin arrived. Thomas was very thorough and explained everything clearly along with checking my electrical system. Service was fantastic and quick. Definitely would recommend and use them again.
