Ethan did an excellent job explaining all the options that were available for the requested job. Ethan was professional and courteous during his time on my property and made me feel comfortable dealing with his company. I plan on using Mr. Sparky in the near future to complete my needs for outdoor power. His knowledge and wonderful attitude convinced me this was the right company for the job. Had some issues after power surge with last night’s storm. They came out same day ( not sure that’s always possible ). Ethan was awesome! So helpful, professional and explained things so thoroughly! He even vacuumed up a little “dust “from his work!! Definitely will use Mr Sparky again for my electrical needs and will be sure to ask for Ethan!

Besides having the catchiest name ever, I was impressed with Mr Sparky’s professionalism and promptness. I called for an electrical diagnosis and Joseph Williams came with in a few hours. He was pleasant, explained the problem thoroughly and walked us through our options. Didn’t feel like I was getting a sales pitch, just an honest explanation from a professional. Fixed the immediate issue and booked us for the ling term fix. Highly recommend.

I called into report an outage to their 24-hour response team later in the afternoon. Nic showed up really quickly to help us get a diagnosis on the issue and schedule the next day for an amazing turn around time! He was extremely respectful and took amazing care of the scheduling, finding the issue and ensuring us it could be fixed. The next day Joseph and Gavin arrived on the scene and made light work of, what seemed to me, as a big job. Joseph and Gavin were fantastic! Super professional, efficient, and clearly know their stuff. They handled everything flawlessly and left the place spotless. Highly recommend these electricians – 5 stars all the way!

Nick called 30 minutes to arrival. He diagnosed the problem, explained the repair and finished within an hour. Great customer service and I’ll definitely continue to use Mr. Sparky for all future electronic issues at my home.
