I called into report an outage to their 24-hour response team later in the afternoon. Nic showed up really quickly to help us get a diagnosis on the issue and schedule the next day for an amazing turn around time! He was extremely respectful and took amazing care of the scheduling, finding the issue and ensuring us it could be fixed. The next day Joseph and Gavin arrived on the scene and made light work of, what seemed to me, as a big job. Joseph and Gavin were fantastic! Super professional, efficient, and clearly know their stuff. They handled everything flawlessly and left the place spotless. Highly recommend these electricians – 5 stars all the way!

Mister Sparky was nothing short of amazing for us. We had issues with our power, had to call at 1 A.M and Shiy showed up for us. Positive, punctual, and professional is how I would describe him. He worked with 4 County to make sure we got the service we needed and our issue was taken care of quickly. We could not be more appreciative. He has definitely earned a lifetime customer.

I had the pleasure of meeting Shiy today. He was very knowledgeable with great attention to detail. He showed me everything as he was working on and gave thorough and understandable explanations. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it, with the exception of the range which flashed a strange bright light when turned on. Eyes wide, he turned around and calmly said, "I don't think you should use this." Then promptly flipped the breaker to prevent any fires. Highly recommend their services!

Had a bad circuit breaker and needed a new entry light installed. Thomas did a diagnostic of our electrical system and suggested replacement of a number of other breakers now over 20 years old. Also recommended changing out our smoke detectors (also 20 years old) and replacing with newer unit with 10 year batteries. No more annoying beeps going off in the middle of the night! Thomas clearly outlined all my options and completed all the work in about 2.5 hours. Peace of mind achieved.

We had the pleasure of meeting Daniel today, which was referred to us by our wonderful neighbor. We were able to get an appointment on the same day of our call for service, which means a lot today. Daniel was prompt, professional and explained and answered my questions to the extent that I understood about what was done and what was needed going forward.
